Cua

Shared computers for teams and their agents.

Cua Spaces turns the Macs, Linux boxes and cloud VMs your team already has into shared desktops. Your agents work in them, your team watches and steps in, and nobody needs to sit at the machine. You bring the computers; Cua doesn't rent them.

Get Teams

Your computers, in one place.

Connect a Mac on your desk, a spare box in the office or a VM in your own AWS, Google Cloud or Modal account. Each one runs Spaces: full desktops your agents can use and you can watch. The machines stay yours, and so do the bills for them.

People and agents on the same desktop.

Share a Space with a teammate as a viewer or an editor. Each person and each agent gets a cursor of their own, so you can step in to make a call, like approving a payment, and hand the desktop back. Teleport moves a signed-in app session into a Space after you approve it.

A team that owns its machines.

With Teams, machines belong to the team instead of one person's account. Admins set roles and approve each new device before it can reach a team machine.

Pricing questions.

Does Cua host or rent the machines?

No. Spaces run on computers you own or rent yourself: your Mac, other machines you connect, or VMs in your own cloud account. Your cloud provider bills you for those VMs. Cua provides the app, the sharing and the relay that lets your devices reach your machines.

How bring-your-own computers works
What's free?

Spaces on every computer you connect, Teleport, sharing a Space with named people, and the hosted relay up to an allowance of 2 live sessions and about 20 hours a month. Spaces you reach on your own network don't use the relay and don't count.

What does Pro add?

Pro is $12 a month for one person. It adds up to 5 live sessions and 200 relay hours a month, share links that expire and a 90-day audit history. It's also $120 a year.

What does Teams add?

Teams is $30 per seat per month, or $300 per seat per year, for 3 to 100 seats. Each seat gets 5 live sessions and 200 relay hours a month, shared across the team. It adds shared team machines, roles and device approval for everyone on the team, and includes everything in Pro. SSO and audit export come later.

How do I pay?

Sign in at app.cua.ai and choose a plan on the Billing page. Payment goes through Stripe, and you can change seats or cancel from the same page. Teams is for businesses, so checkout asks for a business name and tax ID.

Is Cua Spaces open source?

Cua Spaces is source-available under FSL-1.1-MIT: you can use and change it for anything except a competing product, and each release becomes MIT two years after it ships. Cua Driver and Lume are MIT. All of it is in trycua/cua on GitHub. Pro and Teams pay for the hosted service around it: the relay above the free allowance, team machines, roles, device approval and audit history.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your Spaces and everything in them stay on your machines.
