Cua

Bring the computers. Spaces does the rest.

Cua Spaces runs on computers you already have. Connect them once, and your team and your agents can use them from anywhere. Cua doesn't host, rent or resell machines.

What counts as your computer.

The Mac you're on

macOS Spaces run as virtual machines on Apple silicon, and Linux Spaces run as containers through Docker or Podman.

Other machines you own

A Mac mini in the office or a Linux box under a desk joins as a machine your account can reach.

Your own cloud

Start Spaces in your own AWS, Google Cloud or Modal account. Your provider bills you for the VMs, at your rates, under your account.

What Cua provides.

  • The Spaces app, which creates and runs Spaces on your machines.
  • Sharing: a cursor for every person and agent on the same desktop.
  • The hosted relay, so your devices can reach your machines without port forwarding. It's free up to 2 live sessions and about 20 hours a month. Spaces you reach on your own network don't use it.
  • With Teams: team-owned machines, roles and device approval.

What Cua doesn't.

  • Machines or VMs. If you need a machine, rent one from your cloud provider and connect it.
  • Storage. Cua Volume uses your local disk or your own S3 or R2 bucket.

A spare Mac or a cloud account is everything you need.
